Who are those guys running around in suites with their touchscreens and headphones at the New york stock exchange?
Could i go there and start running frantically, why are they always shouting?
yeah i mean suits
Answer: I have never seen traders at the NY Stock Exchange frantically running around & shouting. They seem to be calmly walking around from computer to computer, writting stuff on order pads. What you seem to be talking about, is the Chicago Board of Trade. They have an open outcry system there. And yeh, they do shout & it looks very chaotic. Having said that, it seems to work. If you got a job there, I'm sure they'd be happy to have you running around & shouting.
